Importance Of Human Birth

For all living things , food, sleep, fear and reproduction are common. But a human being , apart from these, has one more important quality called intelligence (jnana). with this the human is able to know about God. Some think that the human body comprise3s flesh ,blood, and filthy waste products. The Body Finally dies and gets destroyed . Even then ,through this Body Only we are able to get Jnana. Hence ,good care should be taken to maintain a healthy body.if one indilges in pleasures and yields to physicaldesires, life will ultimately become lower than that of an animal.so one should take necesary care. If excess care is taken ,this will lead to several desires and if less care is taken ,it will result in poor health asnd will lead to some diseases.
One should understand this truth carefully. Finally the body should be utilised for obtaining Moksha.

Das Ganu Maharaj

Das Ganu Maharaj , one of the closest associates of Baba, was responsible for the spread of his name and fame in Maharashtra through his ballas and discourses. His full name is ganpat rao dattatreya sahasrabuddhe. He was a constable orderly attached to chandorkar and had the oppurtinity to visit Shirdi with Chandorkar And meet Baba. Narasimha Swamiji Says that for a long time through Ganu had high regard for baba, he could nort accept him as God or as his guru. baba Brought about a great transformation of his mind although at first it was unwilling submission to baba's charisma on ganu's Part . When ganu arrived in shirdi in 1980 he had little education and ws employed as an actor in village dramas in which he played female roles , dancing and singing. His ambitikon was to go up the official ladder and became a sub inspecor in the police department . Baba however had other plans for him. He was determined that ganu's character , calling and work should be totally changed

They are the salt of this earth-the great sages, saints and seers. The saint of shirdi sai Baba as he is lovingly called by thousands of his devoteed, was a jewal among such Holy Men.
True Men of God talk very little about them selves but only of god and the ways that lead to him . Their external life appears to be rather ordinary providing very litlle Material to histroy .

BABA'S LILAS

Baba helped his devotees in hundred of ways to remove anxiety , fears, ward off disease and misfortune and to bring hope and cheer into their lives . He granted their prayers readily and was ever at their back and call to attend their needs and aspirations. All he asked from them return was absolute faith and surrender to him. We had a glimpse of service he rendered to his devotess .We shall rate more experiences of devotees as narrated in Hemadpant 's Sai Sat Charita And fr4om othner sources . These experiences relate to what happened during Baba's lifetime and those which occured after his samidhi. Some of these are quite extraordinary and incredible but they can not be d0ubted since they come from the lips of the very people who experienced them.

If they are in danger She wii save them.Once a person climbs into her lap all his travails will be over. He who sleeps in her shade attains bliss.

Saibaba Life

Sai Baba gave different but proper advice regarding money to those seeking self -realisation and to those leading a secular life. How ever his advice was not just a show of words but preaching after practice. for instance his renunciation of all sensuous delight and gratification is well knoen . He used to live in the open under a neem tree or in the dilapidated masjid or chavadi. His dress was a patched , long robe and piece of cloth tied on the head . His seat was a torn piece of sack cloth only .for food he used to beg around in the village . what better renunciation could there be than this?
Later on sai Baba 's fame spread far and wide , devotees startedpouring in great numbers. Some ardent devotees prepared a seat with soft cushions , decorated him with ornaments of diamonds and pearls and cast around his body embroidered silk shawls but Baba had no fascination for these. On the contrary many a time he used to pull them out and throw them away on anger. similarly ,every day hundred of rupees worth cash would be collected as a gift to baba , but he never kept a single rupee for himself. Insteadhe would distribute all the money thus received so that by the evening nothing was left with him

Salutations

My salutaions to the lotus feet of the samardha sadguru shri shirdi sai baba .
Strangers are the ways of shirdi sai Baba in dragging his devoteed not only to him but also to his trusted messengers who have dedicated themselves to the spread of sai tatwa or Sai philosophy all over the length and breadth of our sacred motherland.
sai Baba himself followed this principle of talking less. he nver gave long lectures but gave his devotess suitable experiences by narrating short stories

Always keep Your Promise

Sai Baba Preached that if you promise anything to anybody you must fulfil it.Never make afalse promise.Devoteed normally pray and make a vow to their deity or Guru to do some act or offer something on condition that their desires be fulfilled, but once fulfilled they forget to fulfil their vow. There are many instances where sai Baba prompted such devotees to fulfil their pending vows. For instance,Appasaheb Kulkarni wish to pay Rs. 10 to the fakir who had visited his residence during his absence , and Baba got it fulfilled by approaching him again and demanding the full amount. similarly we have read how Sai Baba manoeuvred to get sharma's long pending offering to sapta shingi Goddess fulfilled. Sai Baba was highly pleased to note his devotee.

My Feelings

I love our shirdi sai baba so much because very few Gurus are so humble as him.Listen to what shirdi sai says to his devotees " "Slave of slaves I am your debtor, I am satisfied at your darshan. It is a great favour that I saw your feet. I am an insect . I consider Myself blessed thereby". Is there a guru so humble and sweet who says , its not us but him who is waiting for our arrival into his fold and he is satisfied at our darshan . Thats how much sai loves a true devotee

Dear Shirdi Saibaba devotee, To avoid any misunderstanding its my responsibility to clarify that StarSai & its network of websites is made purely for inspiring everyone to grow personally, spiritually in Sai's beautiful path towards light. We do NOT expect gains of any kind from others.I consider it as my karma to work for sai and am happy to do it with the support of my parents , sister and few good hearted sai friends baba blessed me with

NISHTA (FIRM FAITH)

Firm faith means fixed devotion to one's favourote or tutelar deity or patron saint and convinced belief that he, being all powerful and conversant with our past , present and future, will always act for our ultimate welfare. Therefore, if all devotee of shri Sai baba, leaving all worries, decides to live cheerfully in whatever good or bad condition Babadecides to keep him, he will always get great happiness and peace of mind in this world.

BHAKTI

WHAT iS BHAKTI?

bhakti means love of god. Sage shandiliya in his shandiliya Bhakti sutra, says while defining Bhakti(It is devoted attachment or love of God). similarly sage narada in his narada bhakti Sutra defines bhakti as(It is exceeding and the highest love of God).

Sai Baba, therefore, not only professed saguna Bhakti to his devotees but also tried to convince them about its effectiveness by giving them personal experiences. In fact, Sai Baba Perhaps is the only saint who has given such experiences for the spread of saguna Bhakti.

HUMAN BIRTH

According to Hindu scriptures, there are 84 lakh types of births in this world (20lakh trees and plants, 9 lakh aquatic animals,11 lakh worms and insects, 10 lakh birds, 30 lakh bests and 4 lakh human beings).

Sai Baba, therefore advised his devotees not to waste this rare oppurtinity by indulging in satisfication of senses only. According to him such a person would be no more than a beast without horns!

SaiBaba, therefore , liked those persons very much who took real interest in spiritual matters, and he removed all their difficulties and made them happy.

Some persons had given up worshiping their family idol or saints. sai Baba made them visit shirdi and reminded them of their previous worships and led them to spiritual paths again
